Keynote Speaker: Caroline Beslin is an Associate Lecturer in Project Management and Communication at Centrale Lyon, specializing in supporting future engineers in developing impactful projects. She is also a project facilitator, trainer, and speaker who helps individuals and teams unlock their potential and build strong, successful initiatives.

Session Overview:

  • Phase 1 - Keynote (30-45 minutes): During this part, Caroline will walk you through the five key steps essential to effectively transmitting knowledge or skills, enabling teams to assess their current concept and identify which stage they may need to further develop.

  • Phase 2 - Discussion (15-30 minutes) : Following the keynote, a Q&A debate session will be held for students to exchange ideas.
