Keynote Speaker: Caroline Beslin is an Associate Lecturer in Project Management and Communication at Centrale Lyon, specializing in supporting future engineers in developing impactful projects. She is also a project facilitator, trainer, and speaker who helps individuals and teams unlock their potential and build strong, successful initiatives.

Session Overview:

• Phase 1 - Keynote (30-45 minutes): During this part, you will explore the fundamental pillars required for a successful project. The session will cover four key dimensions (social, intellectual, material, and emotional) to help you build a comprehensive SWOT analysis of your current concept and identify areas for improvement.

• Phase 2 - Discussion (15-30 minutes) : Following the keynote, a Q&A debate session will be held for students to exchange ideas.
