Keynote Speaker: Alexandra Pregent, PhD Researcher at CEA. Her research focuses on the Societal Impact of AI, Philosophy of Technology, Affective Computing, Philosophy of Emotions, Information Ethics, and Privacy in the Digital Age.

Session Overview:

  • Phase 1 - Keynote (30-45 minutes): During this part, the expert will provide a general introduction to the challenges of AI ethics, followed by a specific focus on the methods used in the AIOLIA project. These methods will be illustrated with concrete examples of ethical dilemmas encountered during projects with industrial partners.

  • Phase 2 - Discussion (15-30 minutes) : Following the keynote, a Q&A debate session will be held for students to exchange ideas.

Participation: This keynote is opened to every teams. This keynote is especially recommended for teams working on ethics, integrity, and governance, that is : Cogent, Data Protection & Bias in AI, JGU 5, OrientIA, Inequalities & Governance, MILIA, EPHEC #2, Beyond the bot, Lobby D, TokenAI, LINCIE, Strategic Minds AI, The Disruptors and EPHEC #1.
