Tark.AI: An AI-Guided Reasoning Platform for Legal Education: A Large Learning Model
Team name: Tark.AI
Team members:
Krisha Mankarmi
Amogh Atwe
Heysha Zaveri
Tool used
Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, Prezi
Purposes
Structuring and refining the product thesis; developing the TRIM framework and guided reasoning workflow; drafting the investment memo and investor pitch deck; organising institutional strategy, milestones, financial modelling, and product positioning; and designing visual presentation materials and workflow diagrams for Tark.AI
How it supported the work
Claude and ChatGPT were used as drafting, reasoning, and structuring assistants to help convert raw ideas into a coherent, submission-ready product narrative, investment memo, and pitch deck. Prezi was used to visually organise and present the workflow, product architecture, and institutional model. The tools accelerated research synthesis, formatting, editing, and presentation design, while all core intellectual contributions, product concepts, strategic direction, reasoning models, and final decisions remained entirely with the team.
External feedback & contributions
Aarshi Manan — Student
Raised concerns regarding how AI-assisted learning may affect student autonomy, cognitive fatigue, and independent reflection in multilingual educational settings.
Prof. Ashwin Upreti — Academic Mentor
Provided methodological feedback on reasoning assessment, intervention pathways, and the importance of building measurable educational outcomes into the framework.
Karthikeyan — Founding Member, PSG University
Contributed strategic insights on institutional scalability, multilingual accessibility, and the role of AI infrastructure within higher education ecosystems.
Initial contribution
Development of the initial concept for Tark.AI as a guided legal reasoning workspace focused on observable reasoning, Socratic learning, and institutional accountability in AI-assisted legal education.
Final contribution
Tark.AI is a Large Learning Model designed to make legal reasoning visible, diagnosable, and teachable. The platform guides students through issue identification, classification, justification, challenge, and reflection using a structured Socratic workflow supported by the TRIM diagnostic layer. Tark.AI combines guided reasoning, multilingual accessibility, and institutional analytics to help higher education institutions measure and strengthen critical thinking in AI-assisted learning environments.
