Use of AI Tools:

We did all the core analysis, conclusions, and actual work.
We used the following AI tools to support parts of our work:

  • Perplexity – Used for quick research and gathering background information on relevant topics.

  • ChatGPT – Used during early brainstorming sessions to generate and explore initial ideas.

  • Claude – Used to organise our thoughts and structure certain sections of the report.

How these tools helped us:

  • Sped up the research process and helped us find information more efficiently.

  • Gave us a starting point when we were stuck on structuring or framing our ideas.

  • Helped us refine our thinking and present it in a more organised way.

Our team has also initiated the development of a dedicated public-facing website for Team Penta Minds to document, present, and extend the work carried out through the AI Grand Challenge. The platform is being designed not merely as a showcase website but as an evolving knowledge and engagement space aligned with the core philosophy of our project — making the hidden curriculum of AI visible, accessible, and participatory.

The website follows a minimal, research-oriented design approach intended to balance accessibility with institutional credibility. It is being structured to host our research findings, AI Literacy Toolkit, assessment rubrics, implementation resources, reflections, and future developments related to responsible AI use in higher education. Particular attention has been given to readability, accessibility across devices, and adaptability for low-bandwidth environments to ensure broader educational reach.

Beyond serving as a repository for our contribution, the platform is intended to support long-term collaboration, institutional engagement, and continued public access to the project beyond the challenge timeline. The homepage is currently under construction, and the platform is planned to go live at scale from 1 June 2026.
